3. Scope of the website’s activity
The website serves the tourism destination marketing activities of the Buda Castle Quarter and its surroundings. The Company does not currently carry out passenger transport services; once the passenger transport licence required for the launch of the Budavár circuit shuttle service has been obtained, this legal notice will be updated with the details of that activity and the licence.
4. Data protection
The Company processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.). 5. Data of public interest
As a business association wholly owned by the municipality and thus publicly owned, the Company fulfils its disclosure obligations under the Infotv. and Act CXXII of 2009 on the More Economical Operation of Publicly Owned Business Associations in the “Data of public interest” section of the website.

All content displayed on the website (text, images, graphics, logos, layout) is protected by copyright pursuant to Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright. The content may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company.
